The two magazine adverts I'll be looking at on this page are shown in the red box. The adverts are from a NME magazine.
This advert is for a website called awesomemerchandise.com its used 4 colours in the advert which are blue, pink, black and white. there are also only 2 fonts used. The first font is only used in the title. The second is used for all the other information needed. The images are of three hands which show a paint brush and guitar picks which shows that the website will have a creative element to it. The advert overall does not seem to have a gender specific audience and seems to be unisex. the age would seem to be for young adults and teenagers because of the colours and the nature of the Ad.
The second advert is for a music gig held at the roundhouse. It is a black and white photograph of a young man who is a musician. The band is called the king of blues. The colours for the fonts are a baby blue and white. In this advert there are 3 fonts used. One for the title. The second for the date and location and the other which is used for the necessary information. This advert seems to be aimed at a young audience and is also unisex but may be a bit more bias to a male audience.
The last advert is for a band called Beady Eye and they are advertising a single which is called millionaire. The advert has 2 different fonts. it consists of two solid images one of the band and the other a dark background, with the release date on it and other necessary information. this target audience seems to be fans of rock genre, it doesn't portray a gender specific audience but seems also to be targeted at a young adult audience.
